All teasing aside, it was worth the wait. It is lovely, and I very much like the contrasting lacework. (I sort of miss the orange stitch markers though :)

It actually turned out pretty well.
LOL!! Ann, I miss those orange stitch markers too ! But I didn't throw them away. I'm keeping them for the next big swirl that I knit.
